Photo Challenge: Winter | This is a view from my home office. The birch tree is in my neighbor's front yard and it is a popular resting spot for the local population of mourning doves. The leafless tree and the gray sky suggested winter to me. The overall arrangement of branches reminded me a little bit of Japanese paintings. Taken with a 300 mm telephoto.<br />
